1st Appointment
Explain our process as it pertains to your project. Conduct a preliminary evaluation of damage. Evaluate insurance initial assessment and sign contract. Schedule an appointment at our showroom. Determine amount of deposit available.

2nd Appointment
Create an estimate of damages utilizing Xactimate®, the same pricing software as the insurance companies, and perform any temporary repairs, such as removing loose or broken tiles.

Explore the showroom to find that perfect look. Make deposit. Discuss available rebates. Sign paperwork for permitting.

Coordinate with Insurance, Mortgage & Municipalities
Coordinate with adjuster to assure accurate scope of work. Coordinate inspections & release of funds with mortgage company. Coordinate with municipalities to secure proper permits & inspections.

Weekly updates of production schedule. Experienced roofing crew will install your new roof in 2-4 days. Make payment.
